We are looking for someone to join our newly established global team within our HR Business Div. This position let you participate from the business establishment phase.

◆Recruiting local talents
・Talent sourcing
・Communication with candidates
・CV screening
・Conduct 1st interview

◆Coordinator for foreign staffs
・Support for obtaining residence status and visas
・Relocation support
・Settlement support
・Follow up for foreign staffs during the assignment at clients

Note:
The weight of each work is recruiter: coordinator = 2:8.
Currently, business trips to Indonesia are not expected, and interviews will be conducted by online. Interview schedule is expected to be between 10:00 and 20:00 Japan time due to time differences, but it is flexible.

【Mandatory】
- Working experience in HR staffing business as a cordinator or internal HR
- Business level English
【Nice to have】
- Working experience in construction industry
【Personality】
- Person with hospitality and dedication in supporting other people

'- Monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours ranging from ¥94,683 to ¥165,695.
- Overtime exceeding 45 hours per month will be fully compensated.
- Bonus: ¥1,000,000 to ¥1,750,000.
